What happens once you have placed an order?

1. Within 1 day of receiving your order we will send you an e-proof, showing how your image will look on the style of blind you have purchased. If further changes are required, we will email you a second e-proof for approval. When we have received your approval, we will proceed to manufacture your order.

2. Delivery of roller blinds will be made in 10 working days, or for all other styles of blinds 12 days from receipt of your approval of the proof.
