SPECIAL 'WEATHER WARNING' NOTICE

Should the weather conditions be particularly severe at the time orders are dispatched, deliveries may be delayed, and the delivery target times stated below may be affected. Once goods are dispatched from our depot, we are in the hands of the courier system. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will arrange for the delivery of your goods to the address that you have advised on the order form within 10 working days for roller blinds and 12 working days for other styles of blinds after you have approved the e-proof we send you.

If you are not available to receive the goods, our carrier will retain your goods and leave a card with contact details to notify you of the attempted delivery, and to advise a second delivery date – usually the following day. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange an alternative date for re-delivery.

In the event that you are again unavailable to take delivery of the goods, our carrier will leave a card notifying you of the second attempt to deliver your goods, and advising you of a depot address from which you will be able to collect your blind. If the second attempt at delivery fails, and you do not collect your blind from the depot, or contact our carrier within 5 days, the goods will be returned to Creatively Different Limited. You will then be responsible for the charge for re-delivery.

Events Beyond Our Control

We accept no liability for any failure to deliver your goods, or for any delay in delivering your goods, or for any change of the specified delivery date, or for any damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, any Act of God, third-party default, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
